I ordered a resonator and a downpipe to see if I could quiet the noise a bit.
Without anything running inside, except the fridge I get this at about 10 feet:
With the resonator:
Without resonator, but with down pipe:
Generator shut off, quiet shop:
The tone is much more pleasant with the resonator. The down pipe also mods the tone, but not that much.
